Ken Knows String
Hi, this is Ken from Ken’s Racquet Stringing. I’ve been in the stringing and gripping business since 1981. My goal is to find a string and tension for the racquet you have that makes that racquet “work for you”. Serving Northwest Indiana.
I have strung for Billie Jean King, Donald Young, and Mary Lou Piatek. I have strung for the number 1 ranked racquetball player in the USA.

Below are some of
the many string and grip services I offer:
I carry the following brands of tennis, racquetball, and
badminton strings: Babolat, Gamma, Head,
Luxilon, Technifibre, Wilson, and Yonex.
The kinds of strings are solid core, synthetic, multifilament,
polyester, and natural gut. If you have
your own string, a labor charge is your only fee.

Generally these are all-around performance strings that provide a good combination of feel, power, durability, and value.
MULTIFILAMENT SYNTHETIC

Ken has been stringing my tennis rackets for almost 40 years. All the results have been simply outstanding. Two weeks ago, I gave Ken eleven rackets for stringing and they are all perfect now. In addition, Ken suggested that I drop my string tension by a few pounds since my swing speed has dropped over the years and I couldn’t be happier with the results. On a scale of 1 to 10 (highest) I would give Ken a solid 20! If you are looking for a true professional to string your tennis racket or other rackets look no further.
